According to the season synopsis, Emily is still in shock after Camille and Gabriel’s wedding and after discovering the news of Camille’s pregnancy, Emily’s love triangle with Gabriel and Alfie has become even more complicated.
With their chemistry still at an all-time high, Emily and Gabriel continue to work together to achieve their first Michelin star, however, two big secrets loom over the duo that threaten to bring everything they’ve worked for to a grinding halt.
As for Emily’s bestie Mindy, she and her band are preparing to conquer the Eurovision stage, however, her funding suddenly dries up, forcing the band to get creative to still take to the stage.
The fourth season will also see the introduction of five new characters (and potentially a new love interest…)
While we don’t know exactly how he will play into the storyline, Emily meets the confident, direct, and charming Marcello who, despite his status as the heir to one of Rome’s biggest companies, remains humble and down to earth.
Staying true to their humble beginnings, Marcello’s mother Antonia is dedicated to building up their small village community – taking care of the community that lives and works there while maintaining the soul of their company.

In good news for fans of the Parisian girl gang, best friends Emily and Mindy, played by Lily Collins and Ashley Park, are confirmed to be returning for Emily in Paris season four.
Also returning for season four is Lucas Bravo as Emily’s love interest Gabriel, who will also be joined by Emily’s former flame Alfie, played by Lucien Laviscount.
Alongside stars Camille Razat as Camille and Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu as Sylvie, Emily in Paris season four will also see the introduction of five new characters.
Joining Emily’s adventures in Rome is Eugenio Franceschini as Marcello, Thalia Besson as Genevieve, Rupert Everett as Giorgio Barbeiri, Anna Galiena as Antonia Muratori, and Raoul Bova as Giancarlo.
When is Emily in Paris season four coming out?
The fourth season of Emily in Paris will be released in two parts, with the first instalment premiering on August 15, 2024.
The second half of the 10-episode series will air on Netflix one month later on September 12, 2024.

Despite the fourth season being weeks away from release, it appears that Emily in Paris will return for a fifth season.
While Netflix has not yet confirmed whether they have renewed Emily in Paris, news of a fifth season was seemingly confirmed at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival amfAR Gala fundraiser, with one bidder splashing €250,000 for an exclusive walk-on role in the upcoming series.
Speaking ahead of the auction, guest presenters Winnie Harlow and Paris Jackson announced that Emily in Paris season five is slated to commence production in mid-2025, with the official auction booklet stating that “the winning bidder will have the opportunity to spend a day on set in Paris filming.”
