Newlywed Sylvia Jeffreys has opened up about her personal life, including how she sleeps.
The TODAY show host told Rachel Corbett on her latest podcast: “I’m not a sexy bed person”.
“I dress heavily for bed. I hate being cold,” Jeffreys, 30, said whilst admitting that she thinks sleeping in the nude is “unhygienic”.
She also admitted that she has “gross” sleep habits.
“I occasionally wake myself up snoring,” she said. “The truth is we’re all a bit gross.”
Jeffreys has just returned from her honeymoon in Fiji with husband and fellow TODAY host Peter Stefanovic.
