After Australia waved goodbye to Jessica, Jessie and Renee last night, the former Bachelor babes did Australia a solid and revealed who they think will win Matt Agnew’s heart. According to the three lovely ladies who, unfortunately, weren’t able to make it work with the astrophysicist, there are two frontrunners— Elly (duh) and Chelsie.

“I’d love to see Elly win, and I’d also love to see Chelsie win, as well,” Renee, 25, told 10 daily. “I just think those two girls have the purest hearts that you could ever imagine. When I left I said to them, ‘You’ve got this in the bag, like, one of you gonna win!’”
Jessie and Jessica agreed with Renne, admitting that while there’s a “handful of girls that are amazing” both Elly and Chelsie have amazing chemistry with the 32-year-old astrophysicist.
Adding Chelsie to the list of frontrunners is telling of what’s to come, especially considering the fact we haven’t seen her interact with Matt much since the premiere episode. I guess we will see sparks fly between the pair in the upcoming episodes!
Look, it’s not surprising Elly is being tipped to win this season considering she was given the first rose and, in a series first, the golden ticket! Last night the affable nurse cashed in on her prize, enjoying some one-on-one time with Matt in his home town. The pair spent the day at Melbourne’s Flemington Racecourse where they rode horses and kissed literally, like, a thousand times.
“It’s kinda hard to wipe the smile off my face right now,” an elated Elly said to the charming Bachelor. “But I’ve never met anyone quite like you.”
Matt replied: “I’m pleased, delighted! I’ve had an enormous smile on my face the moment I saw you.”
The third episode was also peppered with A LOT of drama. After the most awkward first date we’ve seen in the history of reality TV, Nichole Wood made a fool of herself when screamed at her on-screen rival Monqique Morley before threatening to storm off set and leave The Bachelor mansion for good.
Since her foul-mouth tirade aired last night, the cafe manager has addressed her questionable behaviour, claiming it “had nothing to do with jealousy”. Instead, she put her meltdown down to feeling like she was typecast as just another blonde bombshell.
“It was more being upset that me and Monique were getting categorised and being told that all we are is blonde blue-eyed girls,” this season’s villain told NW magazine. “It was me getting upset to being compared to someone.”
Despite claiming “we are both individuals and we both have so much to offer,” ironically, Nichole was the only person driving that supposed stereotype, calling Monique a “f***ing blonde b**ch with a tan”.
During last night’s explosive episode, Monique was the centre of attention when she scored a rose from Matt Agnew, along with a first date card. The busty lingerie designer stepped up her flirt game and sent the astrophysicist on a wild goose chase, hinting she liked to get down and dirty by planting a motorcycle helmet in the garden for him to find during a scavenger hunt.
As expected, Nichole couldn’t handle the competition, telling Rachael Arahillthat “‘I’ll lose it if she gets the single date card. It’s a f**king no-brainer.”
She then threatened to quit, telling the producers she was “sick of this s**t”.
YIKES!
