This morning, sleep-deprived Bachie host, Osher Günsberg, appeared on The Kyle and Jackie O Show where he unintentionally mixed up his days and began spilling insane details about Thursday evening’s finale episode.

Moments after telling Jackie ‘O’ Henderson he won’t be giving any juicy information away, he hilariously admitted that the final two are “very different” suitors, despite the fact Timm Hanly, Ryan Anderson and Carlin Sterritt are still in the running to win Angie Kent’s heart.

“But it is the finale, it’s the final moment of Angie’s journey,” he incorrectly revealed as radio shock jock Kyle Sandilands and his co-host remained silent.

“She had quite a tumultuous time toward the end of it. And tonight, that’s the tears you see. She’s torn, it’s the classic choice. It’s not like in other years where we have two kind of similar kind of people at the very end, these are two very different…”

Before Osher could continue, he was abruptly cut off, with Jackie speculating Channel Ten was behind the sneaky move.

As we know, long-haired larrikin Timm is one of the most out-there contestants we’ve seen to date, leading many to believe he makes it to the top two alongside fitness trainer Carlin— who’s not only a fan favourite but has been tipped to win on SportsBet from the getgo.

After the on-air gaffe, Osher called back and apologised for potentially spoiling the ending, admitting being a new dad has taken a toll on his sleeping pattern!

“Hang on what even day is it?” Osher asked. “I did get confused I thought it was the wrong day. I’ve got a newborn I’m sleeping 75 minutes at a time,” he added with a laugh.

Earlier this week, Osher revealed he won’t be on hand to impart his final words of wisdom during Thursday night’s episode. Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, the TV star explained he was forced to miss filming the finale as his wife, Audrey Griffen was going into labour with their first child.

“In the last week of filming, Audrey had contractions seven minutes apart, so it was going to happen at any moment,” he explained.

“I was getting nervous while hanging around the mansion and my executive producer… took one look at me and said, ‘Osh, you can’t miss this. It will be the best day of your life. Don’t worry we will make it happen.”

Instead, the production came up with a new format for the final episode to make sure Osher could be there for the birth of his son.

“Everyone banded together and figured out a way to make the show work without me being there for the final moments,” he explained.

Admitting it was “odd not to be there” to wish Angie and the lucky winner well, he continued: “It is the moment they go off into the wild, and I really like to give them a hug and tell them I am happy for them. But I am sure I will catch up with everyone once the outcome is out there.”
