The Bachelor 2016 contestant Kirralee ‘Kiki’ Morris has opened up about her mental health.
Taking to Instagram the 29-year-old has revealed that she is focusing on her wellbeing by using oxygen therapy to help her severe anxiety.
“This year I have been more focused on my overall wellbeing. Severe anxiety has always been an issue,” she captioned a photo of herself.
Morris has previously been open about her struggles with her health and wellbeing, telling WHO that she developed anorexia after her parent’s separation.
