It’s been a drama filled first four episodes of The Bachelor and Matty J has just reacted to it all in the most humble and adorable way we can imagine.
Among the numerous heated arguments and strategic tactics orchestrated by the 22 female contestants stands Matty who says it’s “‘disappointing” to see the ladies react this way.
While the 30-year-old Bachelor has chosen is lady in real life, the star is watching the series along with viewers and he’s opened up to The Daily Telegraph about his take on it all.
“Now that the show has ended I feel like I’ve got a very accurate reading of people,” says Matty.
“I knew there were friendships forming and I knew there were tensions forming between certain people, I just didn’t know the ins and outs. That’s what I am discovering … It’s always disappointing to see a group of people not getting along,” he admitted.
The bickering and name-calling is at an all time high behind the scenes when Matty isn’t in the mansion, he did witness some tension following his group date on last night’s episode.
“‘I was aware that someone could be on their best behaviour in front of me, but then who they were around others would be their true colours.”
