Matty Johnson has been granted personal time away from The Bachelor to ‘recoup’.
The Daily Telegraph reports, the 30-year-old has been granted some time to relax under the watchful eye of a minder.
According to a source, the marketing manager and model has been finding it difficult to hide his feelings for some of the women on set.
‘Matty is not the best at hiding his emotions — it is probably his baby face. His face lights up when he is around his favourites.’ the source told Confidential.
‘Matty is such a sweetheart, he is a so respectful to the ladies and they all love it,’ the source added.
‘He is always complimenting them and doing sweet things and he loves it when they put the effort in to do thoughtful things back.
Network Ten revealed earlier this year that Johnson had taken time to heal from his heartbreak, following his rejection from Love in favour of Lee Elliot, and is now ready to find the love of his life.
“I feel so privileged that I’ve been given the opportunity to be The Bachelor,” Johnson said. “Without question, the most exciting part is the chance to meet the girl I’m going to spend the rest of my life with.”
