The Super Switch is described as Australia’s most daring love and relationship social experiment.
The supercharged series is set to premiere on 7plus on Friday, June 7.
Tyler Franko and Olga Tori are a couple who have their fair share of drama.
They joined the series to fix their relationship.
Watch their story:
Olga, 27 met her fiancé, Tyler, on a night out on the town in her homeland of Canada. After a few exchanges, the two had a whirlwind romance and decided to move in together and head Down Under to the Gold Coast within six months of dating.
Six years later, the couple are struggling.
Tyler, 28 usually puts his career first, which has made Olga feel left out and homesick.
“I just want him to see there are other people, but they won’t take care of you as much as I do. I want him to appreciate me and, you know, spend some quality time after the show.”
But it’s not long before Olga’s doubts about her decision settle in.
“At first, I thought it was a good idea and then I thought, ‘S–t, I’m jealous.’ What if he says, ‘I’m spending time with another girl.’ ”
FIND OUT ABOUT THE OTHER COUPLES
While she loves spending time with her fiancé, Olga says she has a sour relationship with his loved ones.
“I love his mum, her husband and his grandma, who lives in South Africa, absolutely love them, but the other side of the family, I don’t get along with them, no” she says. “I don’t like how they treat Tyler, I don’t like how they communicate. I’m overprotective of the people I love, so when I see that they’re being mistreated – even if it’s by their own family – that really affects me and I don’t want to be associated with that.
Uh oh, sounds like drama…
