The reality star shared a glimpse into one of her daily workouts on Snapchat, and it is not for the faint of heart.

“Running 4 miles, planks, push ups, 1000 jump ropes & abs,” she wrote over a photo of her exercise gear.

Kardashian West loves working out with celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson, who shaped Kim, Khloé and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner’s enviable bodies.

“Gunnar is amazing! He has a private gym where we just grind, grind, grind!!!” she said. “I put in the work and I definitely see it paying off.”


She also loves going to group classes, like Barry’s Bootcamp, SoulCycle and Pilates Plus with her mom and sisters.

And the results are clear—thanks to Kardashian West’s dedication to her workouts over the last six months, she’s almost at her goal weight of 120 lbs., her “2010 Kim!” size.

Now she has just 12 lbs. to go, announcing on Snapchat Tuesday that she’s at 132 lbs., successfully below her pre-Saint weight.

Kardashian West hit another weight loss milestone Thursday—she’s down to a 26-inch waist, which she showed off in a bodycon nude dress the next day.

The mom of two followed the Atkins 40 plan to get her diet under control, and ate around 1,800 calories a day to compliment her intense workouts.

It was tough, and Kardashian West was “hating getting up early to work out.” But all of the sweat and pain was worth it.
