Following the sci-fi series’ first two seasons, star contracts have been re-negotiated to reflect the show’s success.

The first round of negotiations has been completed, with the ‘top tier’ cast of Ed Harris (The Man in Black), Evan Rachel Wood (Dolores), Jeffrey Wright (Bernard) and Thandie Newton (Maeve) reportedly set to receive a sum of $250 000 per episode.

Fans have noted that James Marsden (Teddy) and Tessa Thompson (Charlotte) were not included in this negotiation, despite their prominent roles in the show.

A spokesperson for the series’ network said in a statement, “HBO does not and would never comment on talent negotiations.”

The negotiations come after the Times Up movement promted the network to take a look at pay disparities between between males and females starring in equivalent roles.
