Liam Hemsworth’s divorce in August 2019 shocked the world, but the Hunger Games actor has since moved on from ex-wife Miley Cyrus with model Gabriella Brooks.

Despite her boyfriend having one of the world’s most famous women as his ex, Gabriella, 23, has no feelings of jealousy and isn’t worried Liam, 30, is still hung up on Miley.
“They’re both secure in their relationship and Gabriella isn’t worried that Liam has any lingering feelings for Miley and isn’t intimidated by their relationship,” a source told Us Weekly.
“Liam and Gabriella are really close and feel comfortable with one another. They connect over important topics and share the same values about family and life.”
The source added that the couple are going strong and enjoying spending some quality time together in Byron Bay.
Gabriella and Liam went public with their romance in January 2020 and were spotted smooching on a beach date in Byron Bay.
“Liam feels comfortable with Gabriella. His family approves of her and really likes her, which is very important to him,” an insider told US Weekly of their relationship after photos emerged of the couple spending time with Liam’s family.
“They’ve known about each other for a while, but he just started seeing her for a few weeks now,” the source told the outlet last year, adding he’s formed a “strong connection” with Gabriella.
“Liam is very close with his family, so he wouldn’t introduce them to a girl unless it was serious.”
Meanwhile Miley shared heartbreaking details of her marriage breakdown on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast.
“I recently just went through a very public divorce that f***ing sucked,” she told host Joe Rogan.
“What really sucked about it wasn’t the fact that me and someone that I loved realised that we don’t love each other the way that we used to anymore. That’s okay. I can accept that. I can’t accept the villainising and all those stories that like—it’s just amazing to me that the public kind of thinks that there’s no gap of time that they didn’t see that could possibly be what led to this.
The Midnight Sky singer, who recently split from boyfriend Cody Simpson, added that this is the first time in her life since 2015 that she has really been single, and labelled it a “pivotal moment.”
When Miley learned of Liam’s new relationship earlier in the year, she reportedly stayed out of the drama.
“Miley is not asking their mutual friends about Liam’s new relationship. She doesn’t want to make anyone uncomfortable. She is not checking in on Liam as they do have a very few mutual friends,” a source close to Miley told Hollywood Life at the time.
“They have not spoken in quite some time. They barely spoke after the break-up. They’ll always love each other deep down and friends close to them feel they both still do love one another.”
