With the dissolution of Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus’ messy marriage playing out so publicly, the Australian actor has made a conscious effort to keep his new romance with Dynasty star Maddison Brown under wraps.

According to a well-placed insider, after the new couple was pictured kissing and holding hands during a date in New York City, Hunger Games star Liam was furious and decided it was best to keep their relationship away from the prying eyes of the public.
“He was pretty annoyed when pics surfaced of them making out in New York. So now they’re keeping it all behind closed doors – and laughing at Miley’s immature attention-seeking in the process,” the source dished to Radar Online.
Although they’ve remained tight-lipped about their budding romance, Liam and Maddison are still very much in love and spend time together when they both have a gap in their busy schedules.
“They’re working apart most of the time, but when they have a second to meet up in New York or Toronto, they love nothing more than cooking and sharing a glass of wine,” the source continued. “Liam can’t believe he’s missed on the calm, easy feeling of a normal relationship after all this time, and it’s exactly what he’s been pining for.”
Despite keeping things low key, an insider recently said Liam is “head over heels” for Maddison and is already thinking about taking the next step in their relationship. Yep, we’re talking about a proposal!
“It’s still early days but Liam is head over heels for Maddison. This has all the makings of a serious relationship,” the sources told New Idea. “He and Maddison have so much in common, they’re having a great time.”
“Chris has already give Maddison the thumbs up! To say they like each other is an understatement!”
As sparks continue to fly between the loved up duo, rumours are swirling that Miley— who’s been flaunting her new romance with Cody Simpson as much as humanly possible— is still heartbroken her romance with Liam ended a decade after it began. As fears for the pop sensation grow, a US report tabloid recently claimed she’s been “shipped off to rehab” after her “loved ones staged an intervention”.
“She’s been off the rails now for so long, and something very serious had to be done because Miley’s spiralling into dangerous territory with this crazy behaviour,” an unnamed source shockingly dished to American publication, GLOBE.
As per the article, the “Slide Away” singer’s recent admission to hospital for surgical repair of her vocal cords was a “cover-up” for her “to drop out of sight and work on her issues and addiction problems.” Hence why the “burnt out” star is rarely posting photos on social media.
“The trouble is that she’s so insecure, and the moment she’s not the centre of attention she acts out to try and stay relevant,” the source continued. “That means partying and pulling these crazy stunts to get everyone’s attention, and it’s ultimately all caught up with her.
“She’s totally burnt out.”
While little is known about Miley’s reported stint in “rehab”, the publication also hinted her former sister-in-law Elsa Pataky’s recent comments about Liam Hemsworth “deserving better” could’ve tipped her over the edge.
During a press conference in Madrid, the Spanish model— who is married to Liam’s older brother Chris Hemsworth— unexpectedly put Miley on blast, slamming her for the way she treated her ex-husband.
“My brother-in-law, well… after a relationship that you’ve dedicated ten years to, he’s a little bit down, but he’s coping well, he’s a strong boy and he deserves the best,” the 43-year-old said, according to Hola! magazine. “I think he deserves much better.”
Elsa also revealed she and her husband have been there for Liam every step of the way as he struggles to deal with the fallout from their public and extremely complicated split, which they announced in August.
“You always find support in your family, and he’s joined at the hip with [Chris], who has been there to give all the strength he needed,” said Elsa, who was close friends with Miley during the pop star’s decade long relationship with Liam.
