On Wednesday night’s episode of Married At First Sight, Jessika Power and Dan Webb have returned from their first week together as a couple.

While they’ve enjoyed their time together, things get SUPER tense between the two during the final dinner party.
“There’s a lot of feelings going on between Dan and I… and I don’t wait to ruin that,” Jess says to the camera.
The couple is then faced with a few truths when they ask each other questions from the honesty box.
“Do you perceive my feelings for you are 100 per cent genuine?” Jessika asks.
“Yeah, I do, your giddiness and the way you feel, you can’t fake that,” Dan answers.
He then takes his turn. “Before I came here were you looking for an out from Mick?”
Jessika is obviously in the hot seat. “Oooh-errr…umm no. I wasn’t happy with Mick and I was ready to go home, but like I said when I first met you I was ready to go home, but I stayed for you,” she says.
Dan is ready to continue pressing Jess. “How serious and genuine about me are ya?”
With her eyes wide open she admits: “Oh no… umm. I’m definitely in love with you.”
Here’s where it gets incredibly awkward.
Even expert John chimes in and narrates: “Oh, no, that’s fast Jess. He looks a bit startled.”
But Jess isn’t finished with her declaration. “You bring a lot to my life, yeah I am in love with you,” she says.
Dan responds by mumbling: “That’s umm, nice.”
A panic-stricken Jess is quick to ask: “Do you love me?”
“Umm… err. I think I do, yeah.”
“You think you do or you know you do?” she asks her new husband.
Dan takes another swig of his beer and says: “I know I do…”
Expert Trish says what we are all thinking. “How awkward. That was really hard to watch…”
As the evening progresses, Jess has a showdown with Mike and she calls him “a shit” – Dan can’t handle this attitude from her and he snaps.
“Nah, nah, nah. Just stop it I’m over it!” he says. “Tonight, I got to see a side of Jess I’m not comfortable with. I’ve seen a side that likes to fight and the drama. I don’t like that behaviour. I’ve got a few questions to ask myself now, just my feelings…and about Jess.”
