An Aussie mum is claiming she and her children were stalked and terrorised by a family of yowies.

Mum Jackie Liversidge says she was living on a rented property in Tarzali, Queensland back in 2016 when a series of chilling encounters left her calling for help. She told Australian Yowie Research she felt she was being watched at the property before her family was rocked by some very unsettling encounters.
“I don’t want the story to be mixed up but it wasn’t just three yowies there was another creature with them,” she told the Cairns Post.
“He was a strange looking pale white guy…. The cheek bones were sunken and hollow… And it used to squat and just sit there and stare. We still can’t believe we lived through it.”
Despite her chilling account, the owner of the property, Paul Russell, denies these claims are factual, instead of blaming a possum for the unusual activity.
“My oldest son was walking out of the bathroom at night and said he heard a very loud demonic animal growl and he ran inside and said, ”mum, something is out there” and I had heard it before but I ignored it,” she told the site.
“It was pitch black, hairy and the size of a chimpanzee,” she revealed. “It looked like a monkey.”
After 10 horrific months on the property, Jackie moved out.
