Zoe Deutch is joining the cast of Zombieland 2.
The loveable actress— who is known for her hilarious roles in films like ‘Why Him’ and ‘Dirty Grandpa’— will join the cast alongside Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin who have all reprised their roles in Sony’s sequel.
Back in September, Zombieland director Ruben Fleischer confirmed production of the highly anticipated sequel.
“We’re already actually starting Zombieland,” he said. “To get to work with Emma, Jesse, Woody and Abigail once again is truly a dream come true. We’re just at the very early stages, but we have an amazing script, and we’re going to start shooting in Georgia in January.”
While Deutch’s role remains a mystery, the sequel will see Columbus (Eisenberg), Tallahassee (Harrelson), Wichita (Stone) and Little Rock (Breslin) face off against several zombies that have advanced since the first film!
