Fans were in awe of Erin's age-defying good looks and took to the comments to share their compliments.
"You are like a fine wine Erin," one mused.
"Some people are just naturally beautiful no plastic surgery or anything," penned another.
Erin's husband even weighed in on the screensaver story and commented: "Not at all creepy. It was better than having a screensaver of me and stevie wonder."
Erin and Example were introduced in 2011 when the Canberra-born beauty interviewed the musician while working as a presenter for MTV.
Their romance took off quickly with Erin relocating to her partner's hometown of London, where they resided for the next six years.
The couple tied the knot in 2013 and share two sons - Evander Maxwell born in 2014, and Ennio Stanley born in 2017.
“Erin saved me from an early death. I was partying too much back in the day," Example told The Sun in 2020.
“You’re burning the candle at both ends, doing 120 festivals a year, 100 flights a year and you’re partying four or five nights a week.
“I was lying to my ex and cheating on her,” he admitted.
“I wasn’t close to my mum or dad or my sister any more, so Erin coming into my life helped me mend all those things.”
Model Erin impressed the directing staff during her time on SAS Australia but voluntarily withdrew from the process after she was pushed to her limits and couldn’t keep up with her fellow recruits in a beasting.
In fact, it was they who had to be punished as a result by being made to hold 20kg sandbags over their head whilst “Number Seven” Erin caught up.
"I talk a lot about doing SAS for my boys; so they can see women as they should be seen - strong and more than capable. I’m pretty sure my big boy (@example) has also seen me in a different light since watching the show, too!" she wrote on Instagram shortly after her final episode aired.
"To all the girls and women out there, don’t ever let someone make you feel inferior because of your gender. In saying that, it’s still up to you to make sure you are being the best version of yourself! You can’t expect respect if you’re not respecting yourself first."
