Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling are in the running for Hollywood's most private couple. The pair, who have been together for six years, has only walked the red carpet together once - for the premiere of their 2012 film Beyond The Pines - and though there are reports of a secret wedding, we're still not really sure if they're man and wife.
Not only is it rare to spot the actors out and about, it's even rarer to get a glimpse of their two daughters: Esmeralda and Amada.
But just yesterday Eva stepped out in New York City holding her oldest child, Esmeralda. The three-year-old wore her hair in pigtails with a blue-and-white polka-dot dress, while her actress mum wore a Saint Laurent shirt and tortoiseshell sunglasses.
Ryan and Amada, unfortunately, weren't spotted on the mother-daughter outing.
"Eva's the dream mother, and they're dream babies, and it's like a dream that I'm having right now. I'm dreaming it all," Ryan told GQ last year.
And, more recently, Eva revealed the girls are growing up bilingual.
"Esmeralda mostly speaks Spanglish right now," she told People. "It's really cute. She's definitely bilingual, and it's really important for us to make sure that she's not only just familiar with the language, but also with the culture. My mom, who lives 15 minutes away, makes it easy because she speaks to the girls in Spanish and cooks them Cuban food. And we're always listening to Cuban music. It really is a big part of our way of life. I wouldn't have it any other way."
