Why is summer a good time to lose weight?
We naturally crave lighter foods and our appetite decreases, you're more inclined to want a salad over a heavy carb meal like pasta, so without even trying we lean up in the summer months.
What are your three simple steps to a summer detox?
Up the water, nettle tea (helps to stimulate a detox), then think loads of big salads, the more colour the more nutrients, and try using apple-cider vinegar in the dressing to further stimulate a digestive detox.
