The couple’s fans were thrilled with the update, expressing their delight that the controversial pair are still together.

Over the weekend, Alex and Henrietta gave fans another update, putting to bed speculation by some viewers that their hot and heavy romance would fizzle soon after the show ended.
Henrietta posted a cute couple snap of herself and Alex on Instagram on Sunday, as they visited a farm in Currumbin on the Gold Coast.
“With my two favourite farmers this morning in rainy Currumbin,” Henrietta captioned the photo of herself and Alex, alongside local farmer David Freeman.
Henrietta’s followers took to the comments section of her post to express their excitement that she and Alex are still together.
“Great to see, I know Alex is besotted with you so easy to see 👍👍,” one fan commented on the post.
Another wrote: “I love, love, love this photo!!!! You and @farmeralexau look so perfect together ❤️❤️❤️.”
After the Farmer Wants A Wife finale aired in August, Alex and Henrietta confirmed to fans that they were still dating with Alex paying tribute to his girlfriend in a gushing Instagram post.
"Thank you for being there beside me on the couch tonight and challenging me through this entire experience. You made every moment truly unforgettable," he wrote at the time.
It’s been a tumultuous journey to love for Henrietta and Alex.
During the finale reunion episode of Farmer Wants A Wife, Alex initially picked another contestant, Jess Wolfe, as his winner.
But he later revealed the pair split, as he believed they didn’t have a strong romantic connection and were better off as friends.
Following his breakup with Jess, Alex caught up with Henrietta and the pair rekindled their romance.
“I contacted Henrietta and we just started talking again and it just felt right,” Alex told host Natalie Gruzlewski during the Farmer Wants A Wife finale.
“I still felt connected to her. We always said chemistry is a hard thing to find, that spark …you don’t find that with many people.”
Henrietta has described herself and Alex as “soulmates”.
“We are quite different people on some level, but soulmates,” she said.
“I think from the start we had that emotional connection and I love the fact that you’re really down to earth and you’re really hard working. You are really gentlemanly and when we’re alone together you’re actually really open.”
Alex, who had never fallen love prior to going on the reality dating show, says being with Henrietta has made him “feel alive.”
“I feel happy and I feel confident again and I haven’t felt like that for a long time. I feel alive again and I’m very lucky.”
