Since then, the Australian television personality has shared more snaps of the magical moment, including a beautiful photo that was taken moments after she gave birth to her little bundle of joy. The candid snap shows tears streaming down Fifi's face as she looks into her baby girl's eyes and smiles.
"The moment I met my little Daisy angel," the elated mum wrote.
In another snap, Fifi and her mother— who was in the delivery room when she gave birth to her second child— can be seen smiling as she cuddles her newborn.
Judging by Carrie Bickmore's comment it appears she was one of the first to visit Fifi in the hospital writing, "I need another cuddle soon".
Fellow Melbourne Fox FM radio co-host Byron Cooke also paid Fifi a visit, posting an adorable picture with the newborn to his Instagram account.
"Sorry... but I couldn't wait to meet Daisy Belle Box ❤" he wrote.
Although Daisy is only two days old, it's clear she's already been showered in love. Some of Australia's biggest names have congratulated the radio presenter on the birth of her second daughter including stars like Steph Claire Smith, Amy Sheppard, Anthony Callea, Jimmy Rees and Jackie O Henderson.
"After the toughest of all possible pregnancies, so SO happy for you three. What a beautiful photo Fifi...what gorgeous times you have ahead. All my love and I can’t WAIT for some cuddles," The Project host Lisa Wilkinson commented on one of Fifi's baby snaps. "Congrats Fifi and Trixie!!!! Daisy is just beautiful and what an amazing family you are. Much love xx," Gogglebox star Yvie Jones added.
Last year the 42-year-old announced she was expecting her second child, revealing that the bub was conceived via IVF and an anonymous egg donor.
"A few years ago I made an appointment to see an IVF specialist, the amazing Dr Sameer Jatkar at Monash IVF, and I began an IVF journey to extend our little family," she revealed on Instagram. "After a series of egg retrievals and freezing, last year I started the process to become pregnant via an anonymous donor. I know the value of this miracle because I have seen first hand the heartbreak, tears and sacrifices so many women and couples suffer on their IVF journeys and my heart goes out to those who are facing that pain and struggle."
