“I’m super excited to be on the Hello Fresh train. I’ve just finished completing my order tonight so it comes ready for the weekend. I’ll show you guys what I’ve chosen, ” he told his 51k followers while scrolling through the food delivery service’s website.
His chow of choice? Nan’s chicken and pesto dressing, Caribbean beef chilli with coconut rice and tomato mint salsa, baked chorizo, cherry tomato and spinach risotto, Tex Mex chicken with roasted veggies, salad and lime sour cream. The latter of which Frazer admitted, he “can’t wait to take for lunch.”
He also shared a discount code as well as the hashtag #ad.
Meanwhile, Elly, 26, is still nursing a broken heart and keeping her supporters updated on her journey to happiness.
“I’ve had a lot of people lately ask me how I keep a positive outlook on life - especially when going through a challenging time,” she recently captioned a smiley selfie.
“I’ve said this kind of thing before but I honestly believe everything happens for a reason & you go through things in life (good & bad) which will evolve you into the person you’re meant to be!”
The Newcastle-native finally admitted that the couple had gone their separate ways earlier this month in a teary IG video.
“It was really really hard having the distance and the secrecy and I guess everything that comes along with having a new relationship in the media,” she explained. “I honestly gave everything I had to that show and to him and so for it to not work out, it's pretty devastating.”
“It's a bit of a quick turnaround to go from thinking you found the person you wanna be with forever to being single again,” she added. “I know I'm gonna be fine though.”
Just days before, online publication The Wash uncovered a series of direct messages between Frazer and an unknown woman.
The exchange in question was screenshot by the woman's friend, named Libby, and shared on Instagram.
"When ya friend talks to the guy on Bachelorette,” she captioned the post.
While the conversation appeared to be no more than polite chit-chat, fans were convinced that Frazer was doing the dirty on Elly - a claim he strongly denied.
“I messaged a mate of mine saying, ‘go Cats,’ before the AFL grand final and she said, ‘go Tiges.’ So yeah, that’s all,” Frazer previously told WHO.
