Though there will be laughs and recreations of some of the sitcom's most iconic scenes, fans may need the tissues as things are going to get emotional.
"We've literally just slipped right back," Jennifer, who played Rachel Green, says in the trailer.
"We have such a bond from this show," adds Lisa a.k.a. Phoebe Buffay.
But just by watching the trailers, it's safe to say that the six main stars have changed a lot since filming that final episode. Take a look at them then and now.
She's arguably seen the most professional success since the show wrapped and Jen, who played Rachel Green, shows no signs of slowing down.
From comedies like The Break Up and We're The Millers to more critically acclaimed roles in Cake and on her series The Morning Show, she has achieved a lot since her Friends days.
After her highly publicised split from Brad Pitt in 2005, Jennifer was married to actor, director and screenwriter Justin Theroux but the two divorced in 2017.
Famous for playing the organised and obsessively clean Monica Geller, Courteney saw success in the Scream film series during and after her time on Friends.
She also starred and executive produced comedy series Cougar Town that saw her nominated for a Golden Globe award and in 2019 created and executive produced Facebook Watch documentary series 9 Months with Courteney Cox about people from all walks of life documenting their pregnancy journeys.
Though she married her Scream co-star David Arquette during her time on the show, with whom she shares daughter Coco, the two split in 2010 and Courteney's now in a relationship with Snow Patrol's Johnny McDaid.
As the quirkiest member of the gang, Phoebe Buffay brought a lot of laughs, and actress Lisa Kudrow has done the same in numerous comedy movies including Easy A, Booksmart and Bad Neighbours as well TV series like The Comeback, The Good Place and Web Therapy, the latter of which she co-created.
She's also shown her serious side in romantic drama PS I Love You and thriller The Girl On The Train.
Lisa has been married to her French advertising executive husband Michel Stern since 1995 and they share one son, Julian.
We bet you can just hear Joey Tribbiani saying "How you doin'" with this next star! Matt LeBlanc even had his own spin-off, Joey after his big break on Friends, but it was dropped after two seasons.
Since then, he's played a fictitious version of himself in Episodes and also co-hosted Top Gear from 2016 until 2019.
Matt married model Melissa McKnight in 2003, whom he shares daughter Marina with, though they divorced three years later. He went on to date his Joey co-star Andrea Anders but they split in 2015 after nine years together.
Chandler Bing is arguably Matthew's biggest role to date but the actor has starred on shows including Mr Sunshine,The Odd Couple, Scrubs and The Kennedys: After Camelot where he played Ted Kennedy.
Matthew famously had a long battle with substance abuse after a 1997 jet ski accident left him addicted to Vicodin but he is now sober.
On a personal note, he dated actress Lizzy Caplan from 2006 until 2012 and is now engaged to literary manager, Molly Hurwitz.
Not only did David continue acting in TV, film and theatre after playing Ross Geller on the hit sitcom, but he also dabbled in directing and producing.
His most famous roles since include Melvin the giraffe in the Madagascar movies and Robert Kardashian in The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.
David was married to British artist Zoë Buckman from 2010 until 2017 and the two share daughter Cleo.
