In a column penned for Stellar, the 31-year-old opened up about her "groan" worthy love of Valentine's Day. And, during the confessional, revealed that her wedding date is finally right around the corner.
"After this (Valentine's Day), there won't be any new Valentines for me," the news reporter wrote. "That's the plan, anyway, because I'm getting married next month!
"Of course that means I’ve got my Valentine’s date locked in for life."
Georgia and Lee famously first met on the Bachelorette in 2016. Lee then proposed to the news reporter in September 2019.
"'If you're not busy for the next 50 or 60 years...' 💍 #YES!!", Georgia wrote on Instagram announcing the engagement.
And, now, it's only taken them 18 months to get to the aisle. However, the constant postponements certainly haven't stopped the former Bachie stars from preparing for their big day.
The wedding date announcement comes not even a month after Georgia shared a detailed glimpse into her lavish Bachelorette weekend which started off with an all-too-familiar 'date card'.
"In the words of the great poet Shannon Noll, let's drive," the card read.
From there, the journalist documented her luxury weekend complete with a fancy white limo, a boat and plenty of Aperol Spritzes.
"Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for the world's best bachelorette party!!" Georgia penned on Instagram at the time.
"From limos to boats, mansions, date cards and surprises left, right and centre, I’m still on a massive high and feel like the luckiest and most special girl in the world 🥰
"I’m just sorry to everyone else in the world who doesn’t have you as their besties ❤️❤️❤️ Now bring on the wedding when it’s my turn to throw the party for you!!!
#bachietobride."
Well, if Georgia's wedding is on par with her hens party then we're sure it will have been worth the wait.
