Max Bashford says, “The best booty exercise is definitely the hip thrust.”
He suggests mixing up your booty workout with cable glute kickbacks, hip thrusts and the incline leg press machine.
“Do three sets of 12-15 reps for each, and when you’re on the leg press, keep legs high and wide,” he says.
