In March 2018, they briefly parted ways before rekindling their romance months later. By January 2019, they had called it quits again. While she remained tight-lipped about the state of their relationship, she confirmed they were an item again in February 2020, calling the "Pillowtalk" singer her "Valentine" in an adorable Instagram post.
Then, last week on her 25th birthday, Gigi shared a few photos from her special day, one of which showed the star cuddling up to Zayn and her sister Bella Hadid.
"Had the sweetest day celebrating my 25th birthday with my quarantine family, who made it so special for me, along with all the love I felt from all over the world! Thank you to everyone for the birthday messages, I carried you with me yesterday!! 💛🙏" she captioned the emotional post.
"I am grateful and lucky that my family and friends -near and far- are healthy and safe, and although I missed loved ones I wish I could have celebrated with, know that these times will make us even more grateful for togetherness to be had in the future !"
