“Not only did we not think it would make this many seasons we thought it would get cut off mid-season,” Adam jokes to WHO. “But four years and eight seasons on, here we are.”
A lot has changed for Adam and Symon since they first sat on the couch, especially when it comes to their love lives. “Adam lives with his girlfriend,” says Symon, 31.
“He didn’t even have a girlfriend in the first season.” In fact, the lovable larrikin has fallen head over heels. “I was lost and single until I found Rachel,” Adam, 28, gushes of his girlfriend. “I’m such a hopeless romantic at heart.”
Adam isn’t the only one who has found their dream girl – Symon is also in a relationship. “I’ve got my lovely girlfriend Gabriella,” he says. “She is fantastic. We have been together almost two years.”
However, if you were hoping to see their girlfriends join them, we have some bad news.
“I don’t think [Rachel] wants to. I think that she sees the level of idiot we make of ourselves, and she is like, ‘I don’t want that for myself,’” Adam laughs.
As for Gabriella, “She is not pushing for an intro onto the couch,” adds Symon.
