Speaking to Refinery29, the British chef explained that he would never eat on an airplane.
“There’s no f—— way I eat on planes,” he said. “I worked for airlines for years, so I know where food’s been and where it goes, and how long it took before it got on board.”
He went on to explain that he prefers to eat a pre-flight snack so that he doesn't get hungry on the plane.
“A nice selection of Italian meats, a little glass of red wine, some sliced apples or pears with some Parmesan cheese, I’m like a pig in s—,” he said.
