Sam Frost in the pictures every Home and Away fan will want to see

The radio-host-turned-actor, who famously appeared on The Bachelor AND Bachelorette before turning to acting, was captured wearing a bright yellow Ivy Park workout ensemble - looking fitter, and more toned, than ever before.

The star, who has been with the top-rating Aussie soap since 2017 playing Jasmine Delaney, spoke to WHO back in August about her journey towards peak health and fitness.

“I feel the best I ever have, mentally and physically,” she told the magazine. “And that’s the most important thing.”

Last year, the 29 year-old admitted she had been on the receiving end of internet abuse, with trolls accusing her of being “scary skinny.”

“I remember reading a post where someone said I need to eat a burger and that I have an eating disorder,” Frost told WHO.

“Anyone who knows me knows that I don’t have a problem with food or eating. I actually eat so much and I love burgers.”

Frost credits her enviable figure with regular daily exercise.

“I try to do 20 minutes of workout every day, but realistically I do them every second day,” she admitted. “I enjoy skipping, sit-ups, push-ups, Russian twists and squats.”

Back in July last year she posted a pic of herself in workout gear, with a shout out to the Body by Finch program - a fitness program developed by model and presenter Rachel Finch.
