The 41-year-old TV star has been candid about the effort it has taken to get into shape.
Back in May 2018, Ada told who she didn’t feel she was living to her full potential.
“I just haven’t been focusing as much on myself and my health,” she said.
“I feel like I haven’t stopped drinking champagne since my birthday last year in Italy and it all starts to add up.”
An eight-week training programme followed with Sydney trainer Lia Jones, of Fit Me Jones.
Out went alcohol and sugar and in come high-intensity workouts and strength work.
A year on, Ada keeps up regular exercise and follows the Keto Diet.
I’m so proud of myself,” she says of her transformation, adding her routine consists of skipping, crab walks, sit-ups, push-ups, outdoor boxing, bodyweight exercises and powerlifting.
“I’ve got the best body I’ve ever had.
“I feel stronger and my shape has changed ... my waist is smaller, my legs and arms have more shape and my booty has lifted – which was one of my goals.”
The popular Home And Away star, who was previously married to Chrys Xipolitas and shares 6-year- old son Johnas with him, credits Rigby for turning her life around.
“Thank u for coming into my life and changing my world,” Ada captioned a photo of them together on Instagram on Oct. 28 last year, marking two years since they’d first bumped into each other.
“You always put a smile on my face,” she captioned another.
