Taking out the top spot were Toad and Mandy, whose home was renovated in season six when they scooped the win.
Their new home reveal featured touches of modern elegance and a homestead theme - and most importantly, they no longer had to cross the deck to access the only bathroom.
Coming in a close second was Claire and Hagan's home, which was transformed in 2016 when the couple took out the runner up spot in the competition.
Viewers watched as their tiny house became and elegant two-story home.
Chiara and David from last season were in at number three.
While in fourth place was Luke and Cody's reno. The pair won the 2016 season by "bloking up" their abode.
WA couple Carole and Russell came in fifth. They initially bought their place online, and wanted a reno that would transform it into a tropical paradise in the 2014 season.
Sixth place was taken by Adam and Lisa, and Kim and Michelle came in at number seven.
Amy and Sean from season one were eighth with their elegant makeover, and Mel and Dave's relaxed pad from 2018 took out ninth position.
Shawn and Ella's simple and elegant home from season five took the final spot in the top ten.
