Since then, a number of other celebrities have been rumoured to be on the list of campmates.
According to The Sunday Telegraph, Love Island's Erin Barnett and The Project's Tommy Little are also likely to be heading into camp, alongside Sophie Monk, who has already been strongly rumoured to appear.
Fans of the show have been guessing the remaining celebrities based on the 'clues' given by the network on the show's social media profiles.
There are set to be a number of 'characters' heading into the jungle, including:
- a loveable larrikin - there are too many to choose from!
- a popculture guru - fans have thrown out guesses including Yumi Stynes, Dylan Lewis and Todd Sampson.
- a hunky TV presenter - Matty J or Beau Ryan – are famously handsome TV personalities.
- an Aussie comedian - the hint has lead fans to guess Nikki Osborne.
- a famous DJ - Guesses so far on social media include Tom Gleeson (if he has a DJing career, he’s kept it very quiet), Kate Ritchie and Alex Dimitriades.
- a TV mega star - Lindsay Lohan's name has been suggested.
- a blonde bombshell - we're backing Sophie Monk.
- a footy legend - perhaps Nick 'Honey Badger' Cummins?
- a leading lady - ambitious fans speculated it could Olivia Newton-John or Kylie Minogue around the campfire (imagine!).
All the celebs who feature on the hit TV show will be competing for a $100,000 cheque for their chosen charity.
