“Meghan has consistently carried a larger than expected bump suggesting she could be expecting twins,” Lesley told the Evening Standard.
"When the Duchess was supposed to be around 18 weeks she looked more like what you expect at 22-24 weeks of gestation.”
She added: “It might be that she has simply grown a really healthy baby.
"The Duchess is focused on good self-care and a healthy diet and lifestyle, all which undoubtedly help with foetal growth, but it wouldn’t make that much of a difference; twins however would.
“I think another big indicator for me is that Meghan’s last known air travel was back in February.
"The Duchess confirmed she was around six months pregnant in mid-January meaning she would have been between 28-30 weeks gestation, putting her well within the official recommendations by the Royal College of Obstetricians for mum's pregnant with twins to avoid air travel after 32 weeks."
