Birthday girl Isla also shared some rare snaps from inside her home in Sydney's east.
In one of the photos, the Hollywood actress stands in a room boasting an impressive fireplace with an ornate mirror hanging above and a large pannelled wooden wall.
The third snap shows Isla and her hair stylist Travis Balcke standing in the white and bright living area with polished wooden floors.
In a chat with WHO as part of the 2019 Most Beautiful issue, Isla explained that she feels most beautiful when she's all done up for a red carpet event as well as when she's bare-faced and hanging out with her family at home.
The mum-of-three added that her perspective on beauty has changed over the years.
"When I was younger I followed beauty trends often with disastrous results. I once overly plucked my eyebrows, shaved the top part of my hair off and dyed just my fringe platinum blonde," she confessed.
"Now I’m a little older I prefer to embrace our individual forms of beauty. I think it’s hard to tell us apart if we all blow up our lips and get nose jobs. It’s better to just love the gifts you were given."
Isla and Sacha seem to have settled nicely into their life Down Under.
The A-list couple rung in the new year with their famous friends Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky at their space-pirate themed party and have been hanging out with the couple at their Byron Bay property.
The decision to relocate to Australia came after Emerald City reported that Isla and Sacha didn't want their children growing up in Trump's America.
"They are surprised by the public interest in their move to Sydney, they thought they left the headlines and paparazzi behind in Los Angeles," the source added.
