Another clue recently popped up that the two were back on when Jake and Megan shared separate photos with Megan's pet cavoodle, Nunchi, just a day apart.
"Daddy daughter day with this cheeky one," Jake cryptically captioned his snap with Nunchi whilst Megan's photo was captioned "There were better pics of us... but this was the best, if ya know what I mean."
Guess we'll have to wait a bit longer until the family photo is released...
Shortly after he left Paradise in November last year, Jake confessed reached out to Megan and they had a dinner date.
Though they've been spending a lot of time together and even watched the BIP together, Jake told Who that it was a ‘watch-this-space’ kind of thing right now.
"The door to our relationship is definitely not closed. We’re still very close and we’re working towards getting back together. That’s the goal but there’s a lot going on at the moment so hopefully love prevails," he said.
"We’ve had our ups and downs but I think we’re meant to be."
Jake tragically lost his dad in July, just two years after his mum passed away from breast cancer.
The Bachelor in Paradise star explained that Megan was by his side during both ordeals and that his dad's deteriorating health was something of a wake-up call when it came to realising he wants marriage and kids.
"While I was in Fiji, I had a lot of time to think about what I wanted," he said.
"Losing Mum so young and having issues with my dad made me realise life is short and that I should really fight for what I want in life. I realised pretty quickly while I was there that I had to try one more time to make it work with Megan."
