The genetically blessed couple shared their anniversary excitement and captioned the picture with a simple red heart emoji, which received 6,500 likes.
Hawkins flaunted her slender physique in a pair of knee high boots in another Instagram picture, and shared that she was heading to dinner on their anniversary night.
Earlier in the day, the host of Australia’s Next Top Model uploaded a fun snap of the two of them captioned, “Pretty damn thankful to have this one in ma life. <3 #mood #happy3rd @Jakewwall xx”.
Although they don’t have any children, they share an adorable dog together.
