Along with several photos of Lulu and Rocky, Jesinta also shared some of her birthday decorations and scenic snaps from around the family's Melbourne home.
"The week that was 💕 a few from my camera roll," she captioned the post.
"Big love to everyone in NSW & VIC. A reminder to reach out to your family and friends to check in on them during these lockdowns, they aren’t easy and can take a toll on mental health and well-being no matter your circumstances 🙏🏽 x"
Fans left numerous birthday messages in the comments and, since Jesinta and the kids had been separated from Buddy due to COVID restrictions, it was a sight for sore eyes to see them all together again.
"Happy Birthday Queen of Quarantine 😍😍 It was so amazingly crazy to do what you did to be with family ❤️ You should be so proud of your positive spirit to get through it for the end goal," one person penned.
"Sending love on your 30th birthday 🥳 the best gift of all is your family glad you could be together for your special day ❤️," remarked another.
At the beginning of the month, Jesinta and Buddy were reunited after seven weeks apart.
Originally, the plan was for Jesinta and the kids, along with 100 other WAGS, to join the Sydney Swans and GWS Giants in their Queensland AFL families bubbles, but Brisbane's latest outbreak put a hold on the arrangement.
Buddy and his Swans teammates relocated to Melbourne while Jesinta, Lulu and Rocky underwent two weeks of hotel quarantine in Brisbane.
"It’s day by day and the whole thing has changed so many times but we’re hoping to get out," Jesinta told The Herald Sun before she eventually jetted out to Melbourne.
"It’s been tough but it’s just the reality of the world we’re living in at the moment."
Jesinta and Buddy have been married since November 2016 and welcomed their two children in February 2020 and March 2021, respectively.
The model spoke refreshingly about her post-baby body since welcoming her two children after joining forces with swimwear company Seafolly for a campaign.
“I’ve had two babies in the space of 13 months, which is crazy, so my body doesn’t look the same as it did before, but I feel differently towards it now,” she told the Herald Sun.
“I did feel a bit different being in a bikini, but it doesn’t bother me. There’s some rolls, cellulite, stretch marks and to me that’s all beautiful."
