“I put her on a strength- and movement-based program and she trains six times a week,” Istomin told Daily Mail Australia.
“She does strength three times per week, for 50 minutes, and HIIT or cardio two days per week for 50 minutes.”
Revealing that Mauboy used to only consume a mere 300ml of water each day, Istomin added, “Water has also helped with her appetite control, helping her feel full.”
The Sapphires star also eats five healthy meals each day that include lots of lean meat and vegies. “Her family in the Northern Territory send her fish, which is her favourite.”
