Justin Bieber and Sofia Richie have made their budding friendship Instagram official.
Just days after jetting off to Japan together – and having a days-long hangout session together in California – the pair have shared photos of each other on their respective social media accounts.
Bieber, 22, uploaded a caption-less photo of himself with 17-year-old Richie riding in a car.
In the picture, the "Sorry" singer, who sported a nose ring, gave a simple smirk while Richie puckered her lips and appeared to kiss her thumb.
The car snap wasn't the only photo Bieber uploaded of Richie, the daughter of music icon Lionel Richie and his ex-wife Diana.
"Dab on em," he wrote alongside a picture appearing to show Richie with an arm covering most of her face – Bieber seemed to stand feet away in the shadows.
Richie opted for a more silly photo of her pal.
She uploaded a photo of Bieber smiling while wearing an octopus hat. Fittingly, she captioned the photo with an octopus emoji.
It is unclear where the photos were taken, but the pair took off to Japan on Wednesday – where Bieber has two Purpose World Tour shows over the weekend, an insider previously told WHO.
Richie and Bieber were seen together in Laguna Beach, California, during the week and spent some time at the singer's Toluca Lake house, the insider said.
