And while she is still recovering from the birth, she wanted to remind her fans to keep hitting their fitness goals while dreaming of her own.
Alongside a throwback video, she wrote: "Once I have clearance from my doctor and I'm able to post-pregnancy, I am so keen to get back in the gym to create some new ab workouts for you ladies!
"It has been ages since I've physically been able to train abs and it's one of my favourite muscle groups so I'm really excited."
She finished the post by telling her 11.4 million Instagram followers how they can crank their own workout up a notch.
"In the meantime, here is a SERIOUS ab workout for you," she wrote.
