Try this delicious Blueberry Smoothie for a Healthy Happy Gut!
1⁄2 cup chopped blueberries 1⁄3 cup Greek yoghurt
1 cup coconut milk
1⁄2 tsp ground turmeric
1⁄4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tblsp chia seeds
Add protein powder to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with extra cinnamon if desired.
