The pregnant reality star's baby announcement was finally shown in the latest episode of KUWTK.
Khloé and her boyfriend Tristan Thompson revealed the news to family and friends at a barbecue.
"I think it's perfect timing that my family's here and all your family's here to unite as one," Tristan said. "And we have an announcement. KoKo, wanna throw the hammer down?""
"We're having a baby!" Khloé announces before her nearest and dearest, inclucing mum Kris Jenner and sister Kourtney Kardashian congratulate her through hugs and happy tears.
As the Jenner sisters weren't at the gathering, Khloé Facetimes also pregnant Kylie Jenner to share the exciting news.
"I'm pregnant!" Khloe tells Kylie, before she adds to the family's emotional reactions.
"Stop! Are you kidding because I'm going to cry?!" Kylie says. "I'm so happy for you! And Tristan!"
Multiple sources have confirmed that 20-year-old Kylie is also expecting her first child with rapper Travis Scott.
The pair are yet to share the news publicly.
