However, a source told E! News that whilst things are "going very well" between the pair, there's no chance of an engagement any time soon.
"Khloé seems very happy with where things are right now. He seems committed and has made changes," an insider told the publication.
"Obviously Khloé is hesitant and is taking it very slow. The time they have had together during quarantine has been very special and meaningful.
"Khloé realises when Tristan goes back to playing basketball and on the road, everything will change. She isn't getting ahead of herself and she is just enjoying having him around right now and all of the family time they have had together with True."
Tristan also shared a heartfelt tribute to his baby mama on Instagram alongside a photo of himself, Khloé and True laughing on a trampoline together.
"I’m wise enough now to know, you came into my life to show me just what it means to be an incredible person. I appreciate how I am able to learn from and grow because of you," he penned.
Tristan continued: "I thank God for the beautiful and loving woman you are to everyone, especially our daughter True. You deserve the world Koko! True and I love you mama. Happy Birthday @khloekardashian."
The post was met with several comments but perhaps the most eye-catching was Khloé's response that read: "Awww this is sweet!! Thank you TT."
Khloé and Tristan made headlines when they broke up last year after he allegedly hooked up with Kardashian/Jenner family friend Jordyn Woods.
Tristan reportedly cheated on Khloé in 2018 as well while she was pregnant with True with a source telling PEOPLE that his infidelity was consistent."
“He’s a serial cheater. And there will be more women to come out of the woodwork,” the source explained.
Keeping Up With The Kardashians episodes of Tristan's cheating scandal and True's birth aired in November that year and while watching the reality show, Khloé tweeted that her boyfriend is "lucky" she was nine months pregnant when she found out his affairs.
