On her app, she shared snaps of herself looking over designs with Tisci, snuggling up to her mini me, North, and of course, taking a selfie in the finished product.
Her daughter North, then 11 months old, wore a matching matching handmade dress and was also on-hand during the special fitting.
Kim also posted a throwback photo on her Twitter account, with a sweet message for her husband.
Last year she celebrated her second wedding anniversary with a touching post also dedicated to Tisci. “There is no one else I could imagine designing a dress this special.”
Earlier this year, sources told PEOPLE the couple hit a rough patch in their marriage following the fall out of Kim’s harrowing Paris robbery and Kanye’s gruelling tour schedule.
“Kim and Kanye continue to spend time with the kids. They act friendly, but the passion seems to be missing,” a source close to the couple told WHO's sister publication PEOPLE at the time.
The end of 2016 was a trying time for the couple. In October Kim was held at gunpoint and robbed of millions of dollars worth of jewelry and in November Kanye was hospitalized after a very public breakdown and the cancellation of his Saint Pablo tour.
Since May it appears that the couple has been doing better, according to source.
An insider tells PEOPLE the couple has “been able to process things and move past them, and are very ready for what’s next and not be so focused on the mess that was last year. They’re in a much better place.”
