Kourtney Kardashian breaks down in tears over health struggles in new KUWTK trailer
She’s known for being the calmest member of the Kardashian Klan, but Kourtney Kardashian let her guard down in a rare display of emotion in a teaser clip for the latest episode of Keeping up With The Kardashian’s.

The mum-of-three breaks down as she confides to younger sister Khloe that she is feeling anxious ahead of her 40th birthday (which was in April).
“I do think that turning 40, it almost makes you analyse where you’re at in your life, and it’s giving me anxiety,” Kourtney shares. “Now that I’m doing Poosh [her lifestyle website], I always wish I had more time, but I feel like I wanna cry.”
“I have so much and I should just be so happy. I mean, I am but sometimes, it really makes you really analyze where you’re at and sometimes, I’m like, ‘What am I doing?’” Kourtney continues. “Sometimes, like, I’ll just do stupid s–t to distract [myself from] really thinking about stuff that’s maybe more important.”
Thankfully, Khloe is on hand with some wise words to help calm her sister down.
“If you’re happy, that’s all that should matter for any of us,” Khloé tells her sister. “I really don’t think your soul is happy. I think you feel incomplete somewhere [and] that you’re scared.”
Last month, Kourtney’s mum, Kris Jenner made claims that her eldest daughter is still in love with ex-partner Scott Disick – with whom Kourt shares son Mason, daughter Penelope and son Reign – after seeing pictures of the former couple holidaying with Scott’s new girlfriend, Sofia Richie.
