The mum-of-three has been open about getting a boob job in the past but insists that’s the only work she’s had done, crediting her ageless good looks to a healthy lifestyle.
"I have had breast implants, but it's so funny because it's not a secret, I could care less,” she told Nightline in 2020.

Photos of the star at 20 showed her bust looking a little smaller, but Kourtney still tried to keep her implants relatively natural when she had them done at 21.
In 2011 she confessed to Showbiz Spy: “I had my boobs done, but if I could go back, I wouldn’t have done it. I was so cute before."
“I realized that I was made to look a certain way and I’m considering removing them.”

Fans and critics have also suggested the reality TV icon may have undergone a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), a procedure sisters Kim and Khloe have also been accused of getting.
But Kourtney shot down those rumours in December 2021 with a cheeky reply to a fan who wrote on Instagram that she must have had work done on her derriere.
“No better compliment than a ‘too good to be real’ kind of compliment. Butt shot and Brazilian butt lift? Um, thanks,” she wrote.
It’s not the first time she’s responded to plastic surgery claims by calling them compliments either.
In 2019 a follower reacted to a makeup-free Instagram selfie by accusing Kourtney of getting fillers, but she quipped back: “I don’t do fillers, but I love this compliment.”
Other fans have also claimed the star has had Botox injections to keep her face looking young, but the star has kept tight-lipped on that treatment too.
So how does she stay looking so good? Skincare, beauty treatments, eating healthy and working out, apparently.
The Kardashians have been known to drop small fortunes on everything from luxe skin treatments to celebrity trainers to keep them looking amazing at all times.
