Kardashian is in the Bahamas to celebrate the birthday of her friend Larsa Pippen, who turned 42 on July 6, and the two mothers bought their children along for the trip.
The upbeat getaway is a world away from where Kardashian was last year: dealing with the fallout after Disick, with whom she shares sons Mason, 6, and Reign, 1, and daughter Penelope, 3, was photographed in Monte Carlo with stylist Chloe Bartoli.
“Last year was very tough for her,” a source tells WHO, adding that lately she has been “happier and confident.”
And while Disick has been seen with various women since their split, the former couple, who were together for nine years, have decided to put their differences aside and have remained amicable in light of parenting their three young children.
“It took Kourtney months to get where she is right now,” the source tells WHO. “She’s doing great.”
Kourtney has been working hard for her sensational 1.52m figure, enlisting a new approach to diet and exercise.
