"One week postpartum. Little sleep, only nutritious and macro-balanced meals," she wrote.
While pregnant, the health guru shared she used her Bump Fit training program.
"Morning walks are a fave on my daily Bump routine. The fresh morning breeze and sunshine light up your soul and energise your start to the day," she told fans.
Smith confirmed on Instagram that he had become a dad for the second time.
The dad penned, "Last night at 10.15pm the world became a better place, the birth of our baby girl Mila Elle has been the most magical adventure ever."
This is the first child for Boulazeris , while Smith is dad to Ethan, his first born who he shares with Dannii Minogue.
