The 2017 Bachelor winner also shared some photos to her Instagram Stories, including several of Matty wearing his beloved budgie smugglers.
"Happy birthday to this glorious man," she captioned the first photo of Matty posing in his Speedos.
The second image showed Matty shivering as he stands shin-deep in the water, screaming in faux horror, with the cheeky caption: "You're always so manly."
Matty proposed to Laura on a romantic babymoon in Fiji last year, but in a recent article the former Bachelor dropped a clue that he's already a married man.
Chatting to Domain about his favourite things, Matty said: "My wife Laura fostered Buster before we met. I never had a dog of my own and he’s an adopted family member now. We hang out every day. He is a Bull Arab, six-and-a-half years old and weighs 40 kilos."
Whilst it may have been a slip of the tongue, the fact he described Laura as his wife, instead of fiancée or girlfriend, could be a subtle clue that the two are officially hitched.
In the same article, Matty also shared the story behind a cuff that Laura made for him during their time on The Bachelor that he wears every day, despite not being a fan of jewellery.
"On the date prior, we named a star Mattaura at the Observatory in Sydney – the coordinates of that star are engraved underneath the cuff," he explained.
"She gave it to me on the show. I have never been one for jewellery, but this is the one item I wear every day and never take off. It’s a reminder of how we came together."
