Laura also explained some more details in her video caption.
"We've just got ourselves a wonderful wedding planner @kashayaco because we have zero time... but we are getting married at the end of this year. At least Matt now has the wedding dance in the bag."
Matty is set to star on the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars and will join fellow celebrities including Ada Nicodemou, Fifi Box, Lincoln Lewis and Manu Feildel for the All Stars season.
In September, Matty told The Wedding Digest podcast that he and Laura originally planned to tie the knot in 2020.
"I'm going to say it's down to the fact that I'm very unorganised that we didn't, but it kind of worked out in our favour though, because if we had planned to get married this year, then those plans would have been absolutely obliterated because of COVID," he explained.
The proud dad added that juggling work with parenting meant that the wedding was "pushed to the bottom of the to-do list" but said that eldest daughter Marlie-Mae, who turns two in June, will play a role in the nuptials.
"I think she'll be old enough to be able to take on the responsibility of being flower girl. I'm going to be a blubbering mess. I get a little bit emotional."
Matty and Laura met and fell in love whilst filming The Bachelor in 2017.
Matty then popped the question two years later on a babymoon to Fiji and explained how the proposal went down exclusively to WHO.
"On the second night I asked Laura to come down for a photo at sunset and I put the ring box down my pants," he recalled.
"I didn’t want to put it in my pocket because it would’ve been a bit of a bulge! I set up my camera on the sand and said it would be on a photo lapse, but it was really on video. I walked over and had all this stuff planned to say and then I just went totally blank. I kind of just stood there and had a couple of tears.
"I was like, “I love you so much” [Tears] and then I dropped to one knee."
The couple share daughters Marlie-Mae, 21 months, and Lola Ellis, one month.
