According to The Daily Telegraph, she was taken to Kogorah Police Station for further testing and was subsequently prohibited from driving for 24 hours.
Speaking with the publication, Eagle’s lawyer Adam Houda claimed any positive reading would have been a direct result of his client taking prescription drugs for a pre-existing health issue.
“She hasn’t taken any illicit drugs,” he said.
“Such a suggestion would not only be wrong, but also cruel and unfair.”
It is believed Eagle - who starred in season two of The Celebrity Apprentice - is being treated for a sleeping disorder.
Lauren later told Today:
"[My reading] came back positive, I relayed all the information to them about my doctor diagnosing me with narcolepsy, depression and ADHD."
"We went back to the station and they did another test, which needs to be sent to the analytical laboratory in Lidcome."
"I was released and I don't get charged until the results come back from that laboratory."
"It's not true one iota, and it would have all been revealed in six weeks when the results come back."
